All-In-One: Medication Administration, CPR, First Aid, Standard Precautions & Infant Safe Sleep

The Medication Administration Training certificate is for Child Care Homes, Child Care Facilities, Pre-Schools, Schools, Camps, Foster Care, and Adoptive Parents. Approved through Qualistar.

The CPR, First Aid, and Standard Precautions will be offered through A.S.H.I an approved vendor for Colorado Department Human Services and Early Childhood.

* Take all 5 classes (CPR, First Aid, Std. Prec., Medication Admin., Infant Safe Sleep) in one day!

* Another option is to only choose the individual class you need.

* Medication Admin Training starts at 9:30am

* CPR/First Aid class will start around 12:30pm

* Standard Precautions classes start around 3:30pm

* Infant Safe Sleep will begin after Standard Precautions

* Please bring your own snacks and drinks. We only take brief breaks.

Infant Safe Sleep (12/17)$30.00Colorado has recently updated its licensing rules, and all professionals who care for children younger than 12 months are required to complete an approved infant safe sleep training. Participate in this CDHS approved safe sleep training to learn about Colorado’s new safe sleep rules for infants and practical steps you can take to help families make safe choices for their children. Participants will fulfill their safe sleep training requirement and earn two professional development hours.

CPR (12/17)$50.00This course is intended for individuals who do not work in the healthcare field but are occupationally required to, or desire to, have CPR knowledge and skills, such as emergency response teams in business and industry, school bus drivers, adult residential care personnel, child care workers, teachers, parents, and babysitters.

CPR & First Aid (12/17)$65.00This course teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency medical services arrives. Skills covered in this course include first aid; choking relief in adults, children, and infants; and what to do for sudden cardiac arrest in adults, children, and infants.

Medication Administration Training (12/17)$50.00All licensed child care providers, schools, and camps who administer medications are required to successfully complete the state approved medication administration training. This curriculum, developed and updated by a collaborative team led by Healthy Child Care Colorado (HCCC) is designed to help providers safely administer medications to children in their care. Topics include a medication overview; handling and storage; administration of oral and topical medications, emergency medications for severe allergic reaction and inhaled medications; and required medication authorization and documentation.
